About Dua
I never set out to be a leader. I followed curiosity.
Curiosity put me in two rooms at once for twelve years: leading digital transformation, deciding the future of large organisations, and leading HR, holding the people that future lands on. The rooms were not small: a global aviation merger, a historic three-way banking merger, the first fully digital Islamic bank in the UAE.
From both sides I watched the same thing. Capable people filtered out, not for lack of ability, but because the systems reading them could not see their value. The gap between what a person is worth and what the market can see is a translation gap, not a talent gap.
So I built my work around closing it. I broadcast, because none of this matters if nobody can understand it. I write and speak, because the idea deserves more rooms than I can be in. And I built The Futureproof Advisory, because a company can close the gap at a scale one person never could.
